The 355-500 series is positioned for direct hydraulic cold pressing after cleaning and crushing. Do not use a generic oil-yield table: validate the selected model with the buyer's actual material and agreed finished-oil target.
| Trial field | Record before acceptance |
|---|---|
| Raw material route | Walnut, sea buckthorn seed, perilla, coconut, tea seed, hemp, flaxseed, almond, pine nut or pumpkin seed; identify the exact lot |
| Feed condition | Cleaning result, measured moisture, low-temperature drying when required, particle-size range and feed temperature |
| Machine setup | Basket diameter, actual load, pressure sequence, holding time, unloading time and complete cycle time |
| Oil result | Net oil after the agreed settling or filtration step, with temperature and container tare recorded |
| Cake result | Cake mass, condition and residual oil measured by the agreed laboratory method |
| Acceptance basis | Repeatable same-lot trials, agreed sampling, measuring instruments and written acceptance limits |
Industrial materials such as waste bleaching clay or activated-carbon decolorizer require a separate SDS review, closed collection, worker protection and disposal plan. They are not part of a food-oil cold-press acceptance test.
Suitable for sesame and other small particle oil materials
Verify small-particle loading, drainage, complete cycle time and cake residual oil by trial.
Volume: 56 liters
Suitable for oil materials requiring long pressing time
Confirm load, pressure-holding time and the complete cycle with the selected barrel.
Volume: 144/197/249 liters

The 500 is the highest-force model in the published 355-500 series. It should be selected only after the buyer has confirmed the material route, actual batch requirement, site handling and the economics of one large press versus multiple smaller presses. The cold-press route remains clean -> condition moisture if required -> crush -> direct barrel pressing -> controlled settling or filtration.

Before ordering, confirm machine and barrel configuration, foundation and lifting conditions, utilities, upstream crusher output, downstream filtration and storage, spare parts, export packing, installation responsibility and acceptance remedies. For multi-machine projects, demonstrate the planned staggered cycle and operator workload rather than multiplying a nominal batch figure.
Chemical waste clay and activated-carbon decolorizer need a separate engineering review based on the SDS and representative sample. The contract should define containment, worker protection, cleaning, collected liquid handling and lawful residue disposal.
