A dairy project must connect the approved product process with sanitary transfer and packaging. The equipment boundary can cover only heat treatment, or it can extend through buffering, filling, closure and secondary packing. A useful quotation states that boundary clearly and is based on the buyer's product recipe, hygiene plan and local compliance requirements.
A project-specific route may include:
Raw material receiving or blending -> product treatment -> pasteurization -> cooling or buffer storage -> filling -> closure -> coding and packing -> required storage condition
The exact process is not universal. Holding conditions, cooling duty, clean-in-place method and packaging environment must follow the customer's validated product process and applicable local rules.
This page does not imply aseptic processing, a shelf-life result or regulatory approval. Those outcomes require a separately engineered and validated scope.

Published parameters on the product page are reference data. Final sizing and configuration depend on the approved recipe, batch or continuous operating basis, utilities and packaging plan.
Provide the product and recipe summary, required process stages, operating schedule, target output basis, inlet and outlet temperatures, container and closure details, cleaning plan, available utilities, room layout, destination and local technical requirements. Identify any equipment already available on site and the required interface points.
The FAT and SAT protocol should reference the approved process recipe, test liquid, instrumentation checks, cleaning sequence and packaging interface. Product safety, microbiological testing and shelf-life validation remain subject to the agreed project scope and qualified testing. The commercial offer must itemize installation, local piping and cabling, travel, commissioning, operator training, documentation, recommended spare parts and support terms.
Submit the product process and packaging information to receive an equipment boundary, configuration list and manufacturer price.
