Oil Press Manufacturer and Factory Verification

This section helps a purchasing team test whether the supplier, machine configuration, manufacturing records, and delivery plan match the proposed contract. It is not a claim about exhibition results, customer volume, factory output, certification, or service duration. Each point below is a request for evidence tied to the equipment being considered.

Follow the verification path

1. Before contacting or visiting the factory

Define the legal buyer and seller, target model or production-line scope, raw material, destination, required documentation language, and intended inspection method. Ask which entity will issue the quotation, sign the contract, receive payment, manufacture the equipment, and appear on export documents. Any difference should be explained before commercial review.

2. After seeing equipment at an exhibition

Use the exhibition equipment verification guide to record the displayed nameplate, configuration, controls, tooling, accessories, and operating condition. Then request the current specification and quote for the proposed machine. A display unit may differ from the sale configuration, so list every difference rather than relying on photographs or verbal descriptions.

3. During a factory or remote inspection

Use the factory inspection guidance to trace the order from drawings and purchased components through machining, welding, hydraulic and electrical assembly, testing, preservation, packing, and dispatch documents. For remote inspection, agree in advance on the machine serial or order reference, camera sequence, test steps, measuring instruments, and files to be shared after the call.

4. Before shipment and final payment

Match the completed machine against the signed configuration, approved drawing, electrical standard, accessory list, spare-parts list, labels, manuals, and packing list. Record open items, corrective actions, responsible parties, evidence required for closure, and any payment or shipment hold point in writing.

Evidence to request by purchasing stage

StageEvidence to reviewProcurement decision supported
Supplier qualificationLegal entity details, quotation issuer, contract party, payment account, manufacturing address, and document responsibilitiesWhether the commercial and delivery parties are clear
Technical reviewModel sheet, configuration list, drawings, material or component specifications where agreed, utility requirements, and exclusionsWhether offers describe the same machine boundary
Sample trialSample identity, preparation method, operating settings, full cycle time, measured outputs, test instruments, retained samples, and signed recordWhether the process route can be evaluated under stated conditions
Manufacturing follow-upOrder-linked drawings, production milestones, component list, inspection records, and dated progress evidenceWhether progress relates to the purchased equipment
FAT and packingWritten test protocol, acceptance tolerances, results, non-conformance closure, photos or video, packing list, preservation method, and shipping marksWhether shipment can be released against the contract
Delivery and supportDispatch documents, manuals, installation boundary, commissioning prerequisites, training scope, warranty wording, spare parts, and support contactWhether post-delivery responsibilities and costs are understood

Questions for the factory acceptance test

  • Is the tested unit the same serial number and configuration as the order?
  • Which raw material, quantity, moisture, preparation method, and test duration will be used?
  • Which safety, hydraulic, electrical, control, noise, leakage, temperature, cycle, and product-quality checks apply?
  • Who supplies samples, utilities, measuring instruments, operators, consumables, and replacement parts for the test?
  • What tolerance applies, how is a failed item corrected, and what evidence closes it?
  • Which documents must be approved before packing and before shipment?

Prepare the quote and contract package

Provide the raw material and sample status, target oil and process route, planned operating hours, site voltage and utilities, required line equipment, filling or packing boundary, destination, Incoterm, required documentation, and acceptance tests. Ask for separate prices and lead-time assumptions for the base machine, options, tooling, pretreatment, filtration, packaging, freight, installation, commissioning, training, spares, and consumables.

The after-sales section should state the contact route, remote support scope, on-site service conditions, travel and local costs, response process, parts supply method, warranty start point, exclusions, and the contract document that controls these terms. Do not infer these items from a general website statement.

Arrange a checkable factory review

Send the model or line objective, raw material, sample availability, destination, and preferred inspection stage. Request an itemised quote and inspection plan.
