Product Structure and Working Principle

The equipment family uses a hydraulic station to transmit pressure to a cylinder and compress material loaded in a pressing barrel. Some model configurations list working pressure up to 63 MPa; the final pressure rating, cylinder, barrel, motor, controls, and safety devices must be confirmed from the model-specific quotation, drawing, test record, and machine nameplate.

Main Assemblies

  1. Typical assemblies include the frame, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic station, directional valve, strip-type pressing barrel, tray, and control system.
  2. Hydraulic oil acts as the pressure-transmission medium in a closed hydraulic circuit. The pressure program, hold time, and discharge sequence depend on the material and selected configuration.

Verifiable Structural Features

  • Hydraulic station: A combined high- and low-pressure pump arrangement may be used to support approach and pressing stages. Confirm pump models, motor power, rated pressure, valve settings, and circuit diagram for the ordered machine.
  • Pressing barrel: A strip-type drainage structure provides multiple oil-flow paths. Compare opening dimensions and effective drainage area from drawings or measurements rather than relying on a fixed multiplier.
  • Cake discharge: Some configurations use a retaining-hook discharge device. Confirm the number of hooks, guarding, discharge clearance, and operating sequence in the final drawing and factory test.
  • Frame and materials: Material grade, plate or channel dimensions, weld procedure, heat treatment, hardness, and surface finish should be supported by the applicable build records.
  • Footprint and utilities: Use the final layout to verify floor loading, operating clearance, maintenance access, electrical supply, heating, drainage, and ventilation.

Service life depends on material grade, load spectrum, hydraulic pressure, operating hours, maintenance, corrosion, and replacement of wear parts. It should not be stated as a fixed number of years without a defined duty cycle and supporting life calculation or field data.

Material and Process Fit

Candidate materials may include tea seed, rapeseed, flaxseed, peanut, soybean, sesame, sunflower seed, cottonseed, nuts, oily residues, spent bleaching clay, and selected dewatering materials. Suitability is not universal. Confirm preparation method, food-contact or corrosion requirements, safety information, and acceptance criteria through engineering review and representative sample trials.

Verify Performance Before Purchase

  • Run the same representative material under recorded moisture, particle size, temperature, pretreatment, batch load, pressure program, and cycle time.
  • Weigh all input, collected oil, cake or discharged solids, and losses. State whether a percentage means raw-material oil yield, recovery relative to laboratory oil content, moisture reduction, or another metric.
  • Repeat enough batches to evaluate normal material variation and request unedited test records.
  • Measure electrical use, labor steps, throughput, and cleaning time during the agreed test if they affect the business case.
  • Do not rely on fixed oil-yield gains, energy or labor savings, drainage-area multipliers, equipment life, or payback figures without a defined baseline and test evidence.

Factory Inspection and Documents

Build and Factory Checks

  • Confirm the machine against the approved drawing, bill of materials, quotation, and nameplate.
  • Review material certificates where specified, welding and heat-treatment records where applicable, and calibration records for test instruments.
  • Witness hydraulic pressure, leakage, controls, interlocks, emergency stop, guarding, no-load operation, and the agreed material trial.
  • Record deviations, corrective actions, retest results, manuals, electrical and hydraulic diagrams, spare-parts list, and packing list in the acceptance file.

Certificates and Intellectual Property

If a supplier cites ISO certification, food-contact compliance, patents, software copyrights, or other approvals, request the certificate or registration number, issuing body, holder, scope, validity dates, and a copy that can be checked with the issuer. A general marketing statement is not a substitute for a document that covers the legal entity, facility, product, or process being purchased.

Service Scope

  • Pre-sale engineering review may include material assessment, configuration comparison, sample-trial planning, and an itemized quotation.
  • Installation, commissioning, operator training, site attendance, travel, consumables, and spare parts should be listed as included or excluded in the contract.
  • Ongoing technical support may be provided through the agreed channels. Warranty period, service hours, response targets, remote diagnosis, site arrival, maintenance, and other after-sales obligations follow the signed contract.
