Project Verification and Trial Pressing

Project results should be supported by records that allow a buyer to compare the raw material, machine configuration, test method, and measured outputs. Customer identities, locations, commercial gains, capacity multiples, energy savings, certifications, and outcome claims are not presented here without verifiable documentation and permission to publish.

Evidence to Request

Before relying on any performance statement, request a test record that includes:

  • Machine model, barrel dimensions, pressure configuration, installed power, heating method, filtration equipment, and software or automation options
  • Raw-material name and batch, moisture content, laboratory oil content where relevant, particle size, temperature, and all pretreatment steps
  • Actual batch load, pressure program, pressing time, number of repeated batches, operator actions, and ambient conditions
  • Weighed input, collected oil, press cake or discharged solids, losses, and sampling method
  • Laboratory method used for residual oil, moisture, or other quality measurements, including the laboratory name and report date
  • Unedited photos or video showing the nameplate, instruments, weighing process, material condition, and complete test sequence

Any percentage must define its denominator. Oil yield based on raw-material mass is not the same as oil recovery based on the material's laboratory oil content.

Sample Trial Before Selection

  1. Submit a representative sample and disclose composition, moisture range, contaminants, and safety information. Industrial residues and sludge should include an SDS or equivalent handling information.
  2. Agree in writing on the preparation method, machine configuration, batch size, measurement method, and acceptance criteria before testing.
  3. Record all inputs and outputs with calibrated weighing or laboratory methods.
  4. Repeat enough batches to show whether results are stable across normal material variation.
  5. Witness the test on site or by live video, and request the complete unedited test record.
  6. Use an independent laboratory or third-party inspection when a result is material to the purchase decision.

Factory Inspection and Trial Acceptance

  • Confirm the machine nameplate and finalized configuration against the quotation and drawings.
  • Inspect frame, hydraulic system, barrel, seals, guards, electrical cabinet, emergency stop, and material-contact parts.
  • Run no-load checks, safety checks, and an agreed sample trial under recorded conditions.
  • Verify manuals, electrical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, spare-parts list, maintenance requirements, and packing list.
  • Record deviations, corrective actions, retest requirements, and sign-off responsibilities in the factory acceptance report.

Put the Purchase Scope in Writing

The contract should identify the final model and options, feed-material assumptions, utilities, site interfaces, delivery scope, installation and commissioning responsibilities, training, acceptance criteria, documentation, warranty, spare parts, and change-control process. Ongoing technical support may be provided, while warranty, maintenance, site service, response times, and other after-sales obligations should follow the agreed contract scope.

Request a Verifiable Proposal

Send the material name, representative sample, target product, planned daily operating hours, site utilities, and required acceptance tests. Ask for an itemized configuration, a documented trial plan, and written commercial terms before ordering.
