Packing and palletizing
Packing and palletizing are the end links of the entire packaging line, which determines the efficiency of finished products leaving the warehouse, the neatness of storage and the stability of transportation. For medium and high-speed edible oil packaging projects, the higher the degree of automation in the back-end, the more it can reduce the cost of manual handling and carton sorting.

Key points in selection
- First confirm the carton specifications, the number and arrangement of bottles in a single box
- Reconfirm pallet size, number of palletizing layers and warehouse forklift conditions
- If there are labeling machine series and laser coding machine series at the front end of the production line, buffer beats need to be reserved
- For small projects, semi-automatic packing can be started first, and then gradually upgraded to automatic palletizing.
