A labeler must control both the container and the label web. Bottle shape, surface dryness, label material, adhesive and required placement determine whether the finished package is stable and presentable. The quotation should be based on physical package samples whenever possible.
A common sequence is:
Filling and closure -> leakage or visual check -> bottle drying -> labeling -> date or batch coding -> case packing
Coding can occur before or after label application depending on whether the mark is placed on the bottle, cap, label or carton. The line layout must leave access for roll changes, adjustment and rejected-package handling.
Confirm these items during selection:
| Model | Selection focus |
|---|---|
| Automatic double-side labeler | Front/back application and container guidance |
| DF-T200 round bottle labeler | Round-container handling and semi-automatic operation |
| TD-5/TD-6 self-adhesive labeler | Self-adhesive label format and automatic line integration |
Use the product pages for published model data. Final label placement and output depend on approved bottle and label samples.
Send bottle drawings and samples, label drawings and roll samples, required application position, target output, upstream dryer or inspection equipment, downstream coder or case packer, conveyor height, utilities, layout and destination. Include a finished approved package if one exists.
FAT should use the agreed containers and label rolls. The protocol should define placement tolerance, skew, wrinkles, bubbles, missing labels, changeover and line interlocks. Label stock used for testing, local installation, travel, operator training, spare rollers or sensors and service response are included only when listed in the quotation and contract.
Provide bottle and label samples or drawings to receive a configuration and itemized manufacturer quote.
