Supporting Equipment

Use this page as a purchasing map, not as a fixed equipment package. Supporting equipment must be matched to the raw material, selected press, batch rhythm, finished-oil stage, utilities and workshop layout.

1. Raw-material Preparation

• Sesame screening machine: dry screening and aspiration for sesame and other small seeds; confirm screen openings and discharge fractions with a representative sample.
• 11 kW high-speed pulverizer: particle-size preparation for compatible hard kernels; confirm feed hardness, required fraction, temperature rise and cleaning method.
• 27 kW electric steamer and wood-fired steamer: thermal conditioning for a defined hot-press recipe; confirm batch size, heat source and temperature measurement.
• Automatic drum roaster and flat-bottom frying pan: compare heat transfer, mixing, discharge and recipe control using the buyer's material.
• Feeding, crushing and frying integrated machine: evaluate only when the combined layout and cleaning/changeover plan fit the project.
• Pre-press machine: a separate process option for suitable materials, not a required accessory for every hydraulic press.

2. Pressing and Material Handling

Choose the hydraulic oil press model only after defining preparation, batch loading, complete cycle time and barrel configuration. Conveyors, elevators and buffer bins should be sized around the slowest connected operation and must allow cleaning, inspection and material changeover.

Cake handling can include the cake pulverizer or cake wrapping machine. Confirm cake size, temperature, intended reuse, dust control and downstream packaging before quotation.

3. Oil Clarification, Refining and Storage

• Pneumatic filter press: select filter area and plate arrangement from solids load, viscosity, oil temperature and batch volume.
• Filtration equipment: compare settling, coarse filtration and fine clarification as separate stages.
• Edible oil refining equipment: define refining modules from crude-oil analysis and the target oil specification.
• Refining and dewaxing equipment: confirm cooling duty, holding time, filtration and low-temperature clarity requirements.

Storage tanks, pumps and piping must be specified by oil stage, material of construction, cleanability, temperature and transfer distance. See the post-treatment equipment guide.

4. Filling and Packaging

The filling and packaging equipment catalog covers bottle washing, filling, inspection, sealing, corking, cap shrinking, drying, labeling, coding, packing and palletizing. A quotation requires liquid properties, container and closure samples, fill range, target line speed, label, code, utilities and the required automation boundary.

5. Purchase and Acceptance Checklist

1. Submit raw-material and finished-product requirements, representative samples and the planned process flow.
2. State batch, hourly or daily targets with operating hours, cleaning time and changeover frequency.
3. Confirm voltage, heat source, compressed air, water, ventilation, drainage and available floor space.
4. Separate the base machine, optional modules, controls, piping, installation, commissioning, training, spare parts and freight in the quotation.
5. Define FAT/SAT records for throughput, cycle, temperature, pressure, transfer, cleaning, safety interlocks and agreed product indicators.
