Give the supplier the target output, existing conveyor rate, bottle and capsule samples, dimensioned drawings, capsule material, corker details, capsule-placement method, and downstream labeler information. If only drawings are available, the quote should name the later sample-approval point.

The commercial offer should itemize the selected model and head count, actual heating configuration, quantity of format parts for each bottle/capsule, whether each head needs a matched set, conveyor and control interfaces, spares, export packing, and after-sales scope. It should also say whether capsule feeding or placement is included, so the shrinker price is not mistaken for the price of the complete bottle-neck packaging section.

FAT/SAT across supplied heads

  • Use approved sample bottles and capsules at FAT and cover every supplied head and every contracted format.
  • Compare the finish from each head with the approved sample, and record infeed/outfeed transfer, the agreed test rate, restart behavior, and purchased signals. Do not turn an uncontracted feature into a performance promise.
  • At SAT, reconnect the actual corking, capsule-placement, and labeling equipment and verify the written rate, utility, and changeover conditions. Test duration and acceptance limits should be agreed before shipment.
