The bottle rinser is the basic equipment in the front section of the filling line. It is mainly used for cleaning, dust removal and sanitary treatment of empty bottles before filling bottled products, helping to reduce impurities, water stains and foreign matter residues in the bottles. For items such as edible oil, small packaged flavoring oil, beverages, and fruit wine, the rinsing process directly affects the stability of subsequent filling and the appearance of the finished product.

  • First confirm the bottle material and size range. The cleaning methods for glass bottles and plastic bottles are not exactly the same.
  • If labeling is carried out directly in the future, it is recommended to consider blow dryer series to reduce residual water on the bottle.
  • If the project is a high-speed line, priority should be given to matching the rhythm of filling machine series
  • If the product hygiene standards are high, filtered water circulation or waterless air washing solutions can be added
