Bottle rinsing is the first container-contact step in many liquid packaging lines. The correct machine depends on the actual bottle, the contamination to be removed, the rinse medium and the way the container must reach the filler. A purchase quote should therefore be based on bottle samples and line interfaces, not only on a target speed.
A typical sequence is:
Bottle supply -> rinsing -> draining or bottle drying -> filling -> capping or sealing
For new glass or PET bottles, the requirement may be limited to dust removal and internal rinsing. Returnable or heavily contaminated bottles can require a separate validated washing process. A standard rinser should not be treated as a sterilizer or returnable-bottle washer unless that duty is specifically designed and included in the quotation.
Confirm these points before selecting a model:
| Model | Best used to compare |
|---|---|
| QSP-6A rotary bottle rinser | Rotary handling, bottle transfer and line integration |
| QSP six-wheel bottle washer | Wheel-based bottle handling and format suitability |
| Flip-type bottle rinser | Inversion method, drainage and bottle support |
| Chain-rail bottle washer | Conveyor arrangement and continuous bottle travel |
| QSP intermittent bottle rinser | Indexed operation and upstream/downstream timing |
Use the parameter table on each product page as the model reference. Final selection remains subject to the approved bottle and the complete line speed basis.
Send representative bottle drawings or samples, closure details, target line output, rinse medium, contamination description, upstream bottle supply, downstream filler, available utilities, layout and destination. State whether water treatment, bottle drying and wastewater handling are inside or outside the requested supply.
Factory acceptance should use the agreed bottle range and written test method. Check bottle transfer, rinse coverage, drainage, breakage or jamming, changeover and the signal interface with adjacent equipment. Site acceptance conditions, installation labor, travel, commissioning, operator training, recommended spare parts and response method must be listed in the commercial offer or contract. Items not listed should not be assumed to be included.
Provide the bottle sample and line information above to receive a model recommendation, equipment list and itemized manufacturer quote.
