The 355-500 series is positioned for direct hydraulic cold pressing after cleaning and crushing. Do not use a generic oil-yield table: validate the selected model with the buyer's actual material and agreed finished-oil target.
| Trial field | Record before acceptance |
|---|---|
| Raw material route | Walnut, sea buckthorn seed, perilla, coconut, tea seed, hemp, flaxseed, almond, pine nut or pumpkin seed; identify the exact lot |
| Feed condition | Cleaning result, measured moisture, low-temperature drying when required, particle-size range and feed temperature |
| Machine setup | Basket diameter, actual load, pressure sequence, holding time, unloading time and complete cycle time |
| Oil result | Net oil after the agreed settling or filtration step, with temperature and container tare recorded |
| Cake result | Cake mass, condition and residual oil measured by the agreed laboratory method |
| Acceptance basis | Repeatable same-lot trials, agreed sampling, measuring instruments and written acceptance limits |
Industrial materials such as waste bleaching clay or activated-carbon decolorizer require a separate SDS review, closed collection, worker protection and disposal plan. They are not part of a food-oil cold-press acceptance test.
Suitable for sesame and other small particle oil materials
Verify small-particle loading, drainage, complete cycle time and cake residual oil by trial.
Volume: 56 liters
Suitable for oil materials requiring long pressing time
Confirm load, pressure-holding time and the complete cycle with the selected barrel.
Volume: 144/197/249 liters

The 480 series is aimed at larger cold-press batches and heavier production scheduling. The process is still direct pressing after cleaning and crushing; project risk shifts toward material handling, batch buffering, filtration capacity, lifting access and planned maintenance.

The RFQ should include feed and discharge handling, operator access, floor loading, installed power, lifting method, buffer capacity, filtration area, oil storage and the intended number of cycles per shift. Validate the complete cycle, not only pressure-holding time, and calculate output from witnessed runs.
If the project handles waste clay or spent activated carbon, specify material hazards, solvent or volatile content, closed collection, cleaning, protective equipment and disposal. Do not share a food-oil acceptance protocol with industrial residues.
