Rock Wool Lined/Stainless Steel Clad/Heat-Conducting Oil Flat-Bottom Electric Frying Pan

Rock Wool Lined/Stainless Steel Clad/Heat-Conducting Oil Flat-Bottom Electric Frying Pan

Product Overview

This flat-bottom electric pan uses a double-layer reinforced bottom, motor reducer, rock-wool insulation, stainless-steel outer cladding, and a thermal-oil heating circuit. These are construction features; temperature distribution, cool-down behavior, energy use, and service life depend on the supplied materials, batch, operating profile, maintenance, and test conditions.

Key Features

  • Heating and mixing structure: Double-layer bottom, thermal-oil circuit, and motor reducer provide defined heating and agitation interfaces; performance is checked by a loaded temperature-mapping test.
  • Insulation and cladding: Rock-wool insulation and stainless-steel outer cladding are supplied to the grade and thickness stated in the quotation.
  • Control option: The optional control box may include staged power, alarms, and configured heating or rotation start/stop logic. Guards, emergency stop, over-temperature protection, and operating procedures must be confirmed separately.

Performance acceptance and purchasing scope

For FAT/SAT, record the raw material, particle size, moisture, batch mass, thermal-oil grade and fill quantity, ambient condition, setpoints, and the complete cycle from loading through heating, mixing, discharge, cleaning, and restart. Define continuous test duration, allowed stops, sensor and meter calibration, temperature sampling positions, heat-up time, temperature deviation, discharge endpoint, and measured energy in kWh/batch or kWh/t. Energy use, durability evidence, and safety functions become acceptance items only when measurable criteria and tolerances are written into the contract.

The manufacturer quotation should state contact-material grades, insulation and cladding specification, control and safety devices, voltage and frequency, accessories, packing, delivery, spares, warranty, and after-sales channels. FAT and SAT are separate scopes. Remote support and any on-site commissioning or training require written confirmation of region, travel, visas, lodging, fees, duration, work content, buyer utilities, and acceptance responsibilities; unlisted services are not included.
