This two-stage monoblock combines low-vacuum filling with cork insertion for compatible wine and fruit-wine bottles. It reduces the transfer distance between filling and corking, while bottle finish, cork specification and the required ullage remain decisive selection inputs.

What to provide for a manufacturer quotation
- Wine or liquid properties, bottle and cork samples, target fill level or volume, and permitted variation.
- Bottle-neck finish, cork diameter and length, compression and insertion-depth requirements.
- Required output, format range, line direction, upstream bottle preparation and downstream accumulation.
- Leakage or closure checks, FAT samples, utilities, export packing and on-site service requested.
Use representative samples for the factory acceptance test whenever practical. The agreed test material, run duration, sampling method and pass limits should be written into the purchase specification.
