This linear labeler applies two pressure-sensitive labels to the front and back, or two defined panels, of compatible bottles. Stable container guidance and accurate label registration are more important than a generic “double-label” description when selecting the machine.

What to provide for a manufacturer quotation
- Bottle drawings and samples covering all formats, including panel dimensions and surface condition.
- Both label rolls with liner, core, winding direction, dimensions, gap and registration marks.
- Required line speed, bottle pitch, conveyor dimensions and upstream or downstream interfaces.
- Placement tolerances, wrinkle and bubble limits, sample-run method and included format parts.
Use representative samples for the factory acceptance test whenever practical. The agreed test material, run duration, sampling method and pass limits should be written into the purchase specification.
