Oil Post-treatment Equipment

Post-treatment starts with the required oil stage. Settling and filtration remove suspended solids; refining, dewaxing and deodorization are separate process decisions. No single filter or refining module automatically makes an oil compliant with every food standard or market requirement.

Choose the Required Oil Stage

Required stageTypical scope to evaluate
Crude pressed oilCovered settling tank, controlled transfer and a documented sampling point
Clarified or filtered oilBuffer tank plus a filter selected by solids load, viscosity, temperature and batch rhythm
Refined oilDegumming, neutralization or physical refining, bleaching and deodorization selected from laboratory data
Dewaxed or winterized oilCooling, crystallization, holding and filtration based on the oil and required low-temperature clarity
Bottled productFinished-oil tank, hygienic transfer, filling, closure, labeling and coding matched to the container

Equipment Entry Points

Information Required for Price and Configuration

  1. Oil type, process route and whether the feed is crude, settled or already filtered.
  2. Representative laboratory data where available: moisture and volatile matter, insoluble impurities, acid value, peroxide value, phosphorus, wax and color.
  3. Required daily volume, batch size, operating hours and product-change frequency.
  4. Target oil stage, local food or industrial standard, packaging format and required records.
  5. Utilities, available floor area, tank arrangement, hazardous-area requirements and discharge/waste handling.

Factory and Site Acceptance

Agree on the test oil, sampling method and acceptance record before ordering. Depending on the scope, record flow stability, pressure, filtration cycle, retained solids, cleaning time, tank losses, temperature profile, utility consumption and the agreed laboratory indicators. Final shelf life and regulatory compliance must be verified on the buyer's complete process, packaging and storage system.
