Before quotation and contract, record the raw-material species and lot, pretreatment and particle-size distribution, feed moisture, batch mass, and the complete cycle from loading through pressing, oil drainage, cake removal, cleaning, and restart. The FAT/SAT protocol must also define the continuous test duration, permitted stops, weighing and calibration method, sampling or laboratory method, acceptance tolerance, utilities, and operator actions included. Only criteria written into the signed contract are binding.
“Automatic hydraulic press” describes the hydraulic-cycle and control configuration; feeding, loading, cake removal, cleaning, and material handling may still require operators.

Procurement, FAT/SAT, and service scope
The manufacturer quotation should list the machine version, voltage and frequency, contact materials, guards and control items, accessories, packing, freight and tax exclusions, delivery time, spares, warranty, and after-sales response channels. FAT at the manufacturer and SAT at the buyer site are separate agreed scopes. Remote support and any on-site commissioning or training are supplied only when the written quotation and contract confirm the region, travel, visas, lodging, fees, duration, work content, buyer-provided utilities, and acceptance responsibilities; unlisted services are not included.
