The DK series links quantitative filling with the cap-handling and closing functions specified for the project. It is relevant when the buyer wants fewer manual transfers after filling, but the actual scope of cap lifting, sorting, placing and sealing must be itemized in the quotation.

What to provide for a manufacturer quotation
- Product properties, fill range, bottle and cap samples, and all planned package formats.
- Required filling tolerance, sustained rate and cleaning or product-change procedure.
- Cap supply method, orientation, closing or sealing requirement and closure acceptance tests.
- Layout, utilities, controls interfaces, FAT plan and installation or training requested.
Use representative samples for the factory acceptance test whenever practical. The agreed test material, run duration, sampling method and pass limits should be written into the purchase specification.
