Small Screw Oil Press Machine

Small Screw Oil Press Machine

This range covers bench-top screw (expeller) presses from 3 to 30 kg/h, running on ordinary single-phase power. They are used in home kitchens, farm households, oil retail counters and small food workshops. Unlike the hydraulic batch presses in the Korean Type Small Hydraulic Oil Press family, these units press continuously through a screw and barrel, and most are supplied with a heating element for cold or hot pressing.

How to choose by daily volume

Choose by the volume you actually press per day, not by peak throughput:

  • 3-6 kg/h — home and hobby use, or a shop pressing to order in front of customers.
  • 10 kg/h — a small retail counter running a few hours each day.
  • 20-30 kg/h — workshop production for most of a working day.

Screw press or hydraulic press

Both categories serve small projects, but they behave differently:

Before you order

  • Rated output assumes clean, properly dried seed. Damp or low-oil material will always run slower than the listed figure.
  • Verify local voltage and plug type. Most units are built for 110 V or 220 V single phase; the LYF-T81 also lists 380 V.
  • Some listed fields are incomplete at source. Where a value is shown as “To be confirmed”, request it in writing with the quotation.

Oilseeds this size of press is used for

Presses of this size are commonly used for:

  • Peanut kernel
  • Sesame
  • Rapeseed
  • Sunflower seed
  • Flaxseed
  • Walnut kernel
  • Camellia / tea seed
  • Coconut

Confirm suitability with a representative sample trial before ordering. Very hard, very fibrous or very low-oil material may not be workable on a bench-top press.

Capacity and acceptance boundary

The throughput figures on this page are supplier reference values from specific test conditions; they are not guaranteed output and do not constitute an acceptance criterion. Before quotation and contract, record the raw-material species and lot, pretreatment and particle size, feed moisture, batch mass, and the complete cycle from feeding through pressing, oil drainage, cake discharge, cleaning and restart. The FAT/SAT protocol must also define the continuous test duration, permitted stops, weighing and calibration method, sampling or laboratory method, acceptance tolerance, utilities and operator actions included. Only criteria written into the signed contract are binding.

“Automatic” in the table describes the pressing and heating control configuration. It does not mean that feeding, cake removal, cleaning or all material handling are unattended.

Procurement, FAT/SAT and service scope

The manufacturer quotation should list the machine version, voltage and frequency, contact materials, guards and control items, accessories, packing, freight and tax exclusions, delivery time, spares, warranty and after-sales response channels. Factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) are separate agreed scopes. Remote support and any on-site commissioning or training are supplied only when the written quotation and contract confirm the region, travel, visas, lodging, fees, duration, work content, buyer-provided utilities and acceptance responsibilities; unlisted services are not included.
