This screw-type pre-press is evaluated as a material-preparation or preliminary pressing module before the next process stage. Its suitability depends on seed condition, feed size, required cake state, downstream press, wear-part plan and the complete line balance.
Purchase Checkpoints
- Process role: confirm whether the project needs crushing, pre-pressing or both, and how the discharged material enters the next machine.
- Representative material: test rapeseed, soybean, flaxseed, sesame, walnut, peanut or another feed separately; one setting is not suitable for every material.
- Feed and discharge: record feed size, moisture, foreign-material limit, discharge temperature and cake or crushed-material condition.
- Drive and wear parts: confirm motor, reducer, screw, barrel, bearings, lubrication points and the quoted spare-parts list.
- Noise and vibration: measure them under the agreed test condition instead of relying on an unconditional low-noise claim.

- The supplier lists an 11 kW option and a nominal figure of 1,500 jin/hour (750 kg/hour). Confirm this value with the ordered configuration, representative material, feed condition and continuous test record; it is not a guaranteed throughput for every oilseed.

Provide the raw material, sample condition, required process role, target throughput, downstream equipment, voltage, operating hours and destination. The quotation should separate the base machine, motor/reducer configuration, wear parts, controls, freight, installation support and warranty scope.
Acceptance Record
Agree on feed mass, test duration and measurement method. Record actual throughput, current, temperature, vibration, noise, discharge condition, blockages, cleaning time and wear-part inspection. Accept the machine against the signed test record and ordered specification.
