Product Overview
This steamer conditions prepared oilseed with heat and moisture before a hot-press stage. The published construction combines a Q355B carbon-steel stove body, an internal heat-collection pipe, an integrated water tank with a lower drain, and a 304 stainless-steel pot. The listed fuel choices are coal, wood, or gas; the actual burner or combustion arrangement must be confirmed for the ordered configuration.
It can be evaluated for the 300 and 325 hot-press route after the raw material, batch method, and target conditioning state are defined. It is not a default component of the 355–500 direct cold-press route, where added heat may conflict with the finished-oil requirement.
Selection and Site Inputs
- exact oilseed, incoming moisture, particle form, and batch mass;
- required conditioning method, working temperature range, residence time, and discharge method;
- available fuel, chimney route, ventilation, local fire-safety rules, and operator protection;
- water supply, drainage, water quality, steam or moisture venting, and cleaning procedure;
- voltage for any supplied controls, workshop layout, maintenance access, and connection to the next machine.
Quote and Acceptance Scope
The manufacturer quote should identify the stove, pot, tank, chimney components, controls or instruments, installation materials, and optional accessories included. Price changes with the fuel arrangement, contact-material requirement, site utilities, and delivery scope.
Acceptance should verify the ordered materials and dimensions, water containment and drainage, heating operation with the agreed fuel, discharge and cleaning access, and the conditioning result on the agreed sample. Installation guidance, commissioning, spare parts, warranty, and after-sales service are governed by the signed quotation and technical agreement.
