The CGF monoblock places bottle rinsing, quantitative filling and capping on one coordinated rotary platform. It can simplify transfer between these three stages, but every proposal must be matched to the product, rigid bottle, closure and sanitation method used by the buyer.

What to provide for a manufacturer quotation
- Product properties, fill-volume range, bottle and cap drawings or samples, and required contact materials.
- Rinse specification, water or product recovery expectations, cleaning method and drainage conditions.
- Required output by format, upstream bottle supply, downstream inspection and accumulation requirements.
- Site utilities, floor plan, FAT samples, acceptance limits and commissioning or training requested in the offer.
Use representative samples for the factory acceptance test whenever practical. The agreed test material, run duration, sampling method and pass limits should be written into the purchase specification.
