This machine folds the upper flaps of regular corrugated cartons and applies sealing tape as cartons move through the end-of-line section. Its practical range is governed by carton geometry, board stiffness, load stability and tape specification, so samples should be checked before purchase.

What to provide for a manufacturer quotation
- Carton drawings and samples, board grade, minimum and maximum dimensions, gross weight and flap condition.
- Tape type and width, required top-closure pattern and any print or label areas that must remain clear.
- Required cartons per minute, product spacing, conveyor height, direction and available accumulation.
- Guarding, controls, spare or wear parts, FAT samples and integration boundaries.
Use representative samples for the factory acceptance test whenever practical. The agreed test material, run duration, sampling method and pass limits should be written into the purchase specification.
