Product Overview
This unit combines metered feeding, particle-size reduction, and thermal conditioning in one pretreatment section. It is mainly considered for hot-press routes that require roasting or controlled heating before pressing. It should not be treated as a universal package: feed condition, target particle size, heat source, moisture handling, and the working rate of each module must be matched.
For the 300 and 325 hot-press families, integration can be evaluated after a representative material trial. The 355–500 cold-press route is based on cleaning, low-temperature drying when necessary, crushing, and direct pressing; a roasting section should not be added by default. Any bypass or separate pretreatment arrangement must be confirmed in the process proposal.
Information Required Before Purchase
- Raw material: exact oilseed, incoming form, impurities, moisture condition, and whether shelling is complete.
- Crushing target: required particle range, acceptable fines, and cleanout method between materials.
- Heating scope: heat source, temperature-control method, moisture or exhaust handling, and product-contact material.
- Work schedule: target batch or hourly workload, downstream press loading rhythm, and planned operating hours.
- Site data: voltage, frequency, available utilities, layout, dust control, fire-safety requirements, and maintenance access.
Factory Quote and Acceptance Scope
The factory quotation should separate the feeding, crushing, and roasting modules and state whether conveyors, controls, heat-source equipment, exhaust connections, installation materials, and spare parts are included. Price depends on the actual material, process target, automation boundary, and site conditions; comparing only the name “integrated machine” is not sufficient.
Acceptance should use the agreed sample material and review stable feeding, particle consistency, heating uniformity, discharge into the next process, and cleanout access. Warranty, installation guidance, commissioning, wear parts, and after-sales response must be defined in the signed quotation and technical agreement.
