Product Overview
This auxiliary machine forms a prepared oilseed charge in a mold and supports the wrapping step before the charge enters a compatible hydraulic press. It is not a packaging machine for finished press cake. The published mold inner-diameter range is 240–480 mm, with other sizes requiring a separately confirmed mold.
Mold diameter alone does not prove compatibility. The press chamber, required cake thickness, wrapping cloth, material bulk behavior, loading direction, and operator sequence must all be checked. The drawing, bill of materials, color, and supplied accessories in the signed quotation govern the delivered machine.
Information Required for Procurement
- exact hydraulic press model, chamber or basket drawing, and loading method;
- prepared oilseed type, temperature, moisture condition, and expected charge mass;
- required mold diameter and depth, finished charge dimensions, and cloth specification;
- manual or assisted loading, unloading method, target work rhythm, and number of molds;
- voltage, workshop layout, guarding requirements, maintenance access, and connection to adjacent equipment.
Manufacturer Quote Scope
The quotation should state the included mold, any additional or changeover molds, hydraulic power unit, table, controls, guards, hydraulic oil, installation materials, and recommended spare parts. Price depends on mold customization, compatibility work, electrical configuration, and delivery boundary.

Acceptance and Service Boundary
Acceptance should use the agreed prepared material and wrapping cloth to check formed dimensions, repeatability, demolding, handling into the target press, hydraulic operation, and access for cleaning and maintenance. Any acceptance tolerance must be written into the technical agreement rather than inferred from the nominal mold range.
Installation guidance, training, wear parts, warranty, and after-sales response are limited to the signed quotation and contract.
