Pressing Barrel Selection Guide:

- Diameter: 390mm

- Volume: 95.6 liters (can hold about 100kg of crushed material, continuously compacted)

426 Material Route: Match Barrel Diameter to the Material
The published 426 configurations provide several barrel diameters and single- or dual-barrel options. Use that flexibility to match bulk density, loading behavior, drainage and cycle time; do not assume one barrel fits every material or that a larger diameter guarantees more recovered oil.
Cold-press examples
- Perilla seed: clean, stabilize moisture, crush with controlled heat and press directly.
- Hemp seed: verify seed cleaning, storage condition, particle size and oxidation control.
- Almond: record kernel grade, moisture and crushing uniformity before the same-lot trial.
- Pumpkin seed: state hull condition and agree how net filtered oil and cake residual oil will be measured.
Changeover and acceptance
For a multi-material line, the quotation should define barrel choice, cleaning access, cross-contact controls, crusher screen changes, filtration consumables and storage segregation. Run repeatable trials for each material family instead of transferring results from walnut, sesame or another seed.
Industrial configuration
Spent bleaching clay and activated-carbon decolorizer must be assessed as industrial feed. Require SDS review, closed liquid collection, explosion and exposure controls where applicable, and a written waste-handling boundary.

Before Shipment
- Confirm the machine configuration, voltage, accessories and packing list in the quotation.
- Request the final drawing, operating manual and available test records for the supplied model.
- Agree on installation, commissioning and operator-guidance responsibilities before the order is released.
Installation and Operation
- Follow the supplied manual for hydraulic oil filling, electrical checks, rotation checks and the first no-load movement.
- Record the agreed acceptance material, batch load, cycle conditions and observable oil/cake results during commissioning.
- Remote guidance or on-site service, where required, is quoted according to the destination and project scope.
