The GFP series uses low-vacuum filling for compatible non-carbonated liquids where a controlled fill level is important, including certain wines, vinegars and sauces. Model selection should start with product behavior and bottle geometry, then use the published head count and output as a reference.
Application and purchasing fit

What to provide for a manufacturer quotation
- Liquid type, viscosity, temperature, foaming behavior and any alcohol or sanitation requirements.
- Bottle samples, neck finish, fill-level or fill-volume target and all planned formats.
- Required rate by format, line layout, conveyor height, utilities and downstream closure equipment.
- FAT liquid or substitute, fill-level acceptance method, export packing and commissioning scope.
Use representative samples for the factory acceptance test whenever practical. The agreed test material, run duration, sampling method and pass limits should be written into the purchase specification.
