GFP Low-Vacuum Filling Machine Series

GFP Low-Vacuum Filling Machine Series

The GFP series uses low-vacuum filling for compatible non-carbonated liquids where a controlled fill level is important, including certain wines, vinegars and sauces. Model selection should start with product behavior and bottle geometry, then use the published head count and output as a reference.

Application and purchasing fit

  • Product family: Brewing and wine bottling equipment
  • Parameter reference: Filling and packaging equipment parameter library
  • Test foaming and fill-level behavior with the actual liquid and bottle before confirming a model.
  • Choose head count against the sustained requirement at the buyer’s fill volume, not a catalog maximum alone.
  • Coordinate bottle supply, corking or capping, capsule handling and labeling with the filler discharge.

Published reference parameters

The following table is retained as the published model reference. Final performance and compatibility must be confirmed in the written quotation and acceptance specification.

What to provide for a manufacturer quotation

  • Liquid type, viscosity, temperature, foaming behavior and any alcohol or sanitation requirements.
  • Bottle samples, neck finish, fill-level or fill-volume target and all planned formats.
  • Required rate by format, line layout, conveyor height, utilities and downstream closure equipment.
  • FAT liquid or substitute, fill-level acceptance method, export packing and commissioning scope.

Use representative samples for the factory acceptance test whenever practical. The agreed test material, run duration, sampling method and pass limits should be written into the purchase specification.

Price, delivery, and written service scope

Manufacturer pricing depends on the confirmed machine configuration, format parts, controls, guarding, line interfaces, utilities and destination. Delivery schedule, export packing, installation, commissioning, training, spare parts and after-sales support apply only as stated in the written quotation and contract.
