Filling and packaging line solutions

Liquid filling and packaging line equipment

This overview is for buyers planning a connected line rather than a single machine. It links container preparation, product supply, filling, closure, inspection, labeling, coding, case packing and palletizing around one approved package and production basis. The final equipment price depends on the agreed boundary and interfaces, not on a generic turnkey label.

Define the line boundary first

A complete project can begin and end at different points:

  • Product tank outlet to filled and closed bottle
  • Empty bottle infeed to labeled retail package
  • Filtered edible oil to sealed carton
  • Clarified wine to corked, capsule-finished bottle
  • Packed cartons to a specified pallet pattern

Utilities, building work, water treatment, product tanks, laboratory work, warehouse handling and local compliance support are included only when separately listed.

Typical process architecture

Container supply -> rinsing -> draining or drying -> filling -> capping, sealing or corking -> inspection -> labeling and coding -> case packing -> palletizing

Not every line needs every module. The correct sequence changes with bottle material, closure, product hygiene, label type, case format and the amount of automation required.

Integrated equipment entries

Product pageWhen to compare it
CGF rinse-fill-cap monoblockA compact linked route for compatible bottle, liquid and cap formats
GDP36DK fill-cap-seal monoblockIntegrated filling, cap handling and sealing review
GF liquor filling and capping monoblockBottling of an approved still liquor package

Use these pages as model references. A monoblock is not automatically preferable: separate machines can be more suitable when formats change frequently, the factory will expand in stages or existing equipment must be retained.

Procurement choices that control project price

  • Package range, closure type and number of planned changeovers
  • Product properties and cleaning or hygiene requirements
  • Net output basis, shift pattern and buffer strategy
  • Stand-alone machines, monoblocks or staged expansion
  • Existing equipment, conveyor elevations and controls protocol
  • Inspection, rejection, coding and production-data requirements
  • Export packing, delivery terms, installation, commissioning and training

Information required for a line quotation

Send product specifications, container/closure/label/case samples or drawings, target output, operating schedule, process flow, plant layout, utilities, existing equipment interfaces, destination and requested delivery terms. Include pallet information when end-of-line automation is required.

The manufacturer proposal should return an equipment list, interface matrix, layout basis, utility list, commercial exclusions, delivery scope, recommended spare parts and acceptance plan. Pricing should be read together with that scope.

FAT, site acceptance and service boundary

Agree which products and packaging materials will be used for factory testing, who supplies and ships them, how output and package quality are measured, and how linked-machine stoppages are handled. Installation labor, local lifting, utilities, travel, visas, accommodation, training, warranty and after-sales response must follow the signed quotation and contract.
