Avocado Oil Processing Line

Whole avocados are not direct press feed. The fruit must be washed, peeled, and pitted, and the project must choose either a wet pulp separation route or a route based on controlled dehydration of the pulp before mechanical pressing.

Raw Material Boundary

State whether the supply is whole fruit, fresh pulp, frozen pulp, or dried pulp. Record variety, ripeness, usable-pulp fraction, moisture or dry matter, storage time, and any fermentation, browning, or spoilage. Skin and pits are separate by-products and must not be included in press-feed capacity.

  1. Wash and inspect the fruit.
  2. Remove skin and pits without mixing hard fragments into the pulp.
  3. Mill or mash the usable pulp.
  4. For a wet route, condition the pulp for malaxing and oil-water-solid separation.
  5. For a pressing route, dehydrate or dry the pulp under controlled low-temperature conditions, then mill or condition it for a sample compaction test.

Pressing or Dedicated Route

Wet route: washed fruit -> peeling and pitting -> pulp milling -> controlled malaxing -> solid-liquid separation -> oil-water separation -> polishing filtration -> storage.

Dried-pulp route: peeling and pitting -> controlled dehydration or low-temperature drying -> size reduction -> conditioning trial -> mechanical pressing -> water and solids separation -> filtration.

Fresh high-moisture pulp should not be loaded directly into a standard hydraulic press. Hydraulic model selection is conditional on a dried-pulp trial; the wet route requires dedicated separation equipment.

Filtration and Finished-Oil Target

The target must define free water, suspended solids, clarity, color, aroma, and the agreed oxidation-related tests after separation. Specify the sampling point after centrifugation or filtration, closed storage, food-contact materials, and the cleaning method for all pulp-contact surfaces.

Data Required for a Quotation

  • Whole fruit or pulp sample, variety, ripeness, pulp fraction, moisture or dry matter, storage time, and condition on arrival
  • Capacity basis stated as whole fruit, wet pulp, or dried pulp, plus daily intake and operating hours
  • Wet separation or dried-pulp pressing route and any maximum process-temperature requirement
  • Target free water, sediment, clarity, color, aroma, test method, tank, and package scope
  • Water, power, drying heat if needed, floor space for washing through filtration, destination, and delivery terms

Acceptance Records

Identify whether each mass record is whole fruit, wet pulp, or dried pulp. Log peeling and pitting loss, pulp dry matter or moisture, drying or malaxing conditions, feed weight, cycle or separator settings, oil temperature, crude oil, separated water and solids, and filtered oil. Check free water, sediment, clarity, odor, cleanability, and product retention at the agreed sampling point.

Request a Configuration and Quote

Send the avocado feed state, capacity basis, chosen wet or dried-pulp route, finished-oil specification, utilities, and destination so the quotation can separate the required modules correctly.
