Direct Cold-Press Trial and Acceptance Record

The 355-500 series is positioned for direct hydraulic cold pressing after cleaning and crushing. Do not use a generic oil-yield table: validate the selected model with the buyer's actual material and agreed finished-oil target.

Industrial materials such as waste bleaching clay or activated-carbon decolorizer require a separate SDS review, closed collection, worker protection and disposal plan. They are not part of a food-oil cold-press acceptance test.

400 Material Route: Balance Preparation, Pressing and Filtration

The 400 series suits a cold-press project that needs more working capacity than a trial-focused setup while keeping the crusher, press and filter in balance. The process remains clean, condition moisture when required, crush, press directly without roasting, then settle or filter to the agreed endpoint.

Materials that expose line bottlenecks

• Tea seed: verify shell condition, low-temperature drying need, particle size and oil clarification target.
• Coconut: define whether the feed is dried copra or prepared pulp and record feed moisture before pressing.
• Hemp and flaxseed: control dust, crusher temperature, fine-particle loss and filter loading.
• Pumpkin seed: confirm hulled or unhulled feed and the effect on loading, cake handling and cleaning.

400-series procurement check

Compare the press cycle with the real output of the cleaning and crushing section and the holding capacity before filtration. The RFQ should state batch load, cycles per shift, changeover time, filter area, storage volume, utilities and the witnessed acceptance method. Do not convert nominal force into a daily-output or oil-yield promise.

Non-food materials

Chemical waste clay or spent decolorizer is a separate industrial application. Review the SDS, contamination, solvent content, ventilation, collection and disposal requirements before confirming compatibility.
