Wood-Fired Thermal Oil Flat-Bottom Wok

Wood-Fired Thermal Oil Flat-Bottom Wok

Product Overview

This wok combines a furnace, thermal-oil heat-transfer jacket, agitator and discharge structure for hot-process oilseed preparation. Thermal oil can distribute heat around the vessel, but batch uniformity still depends on fuel, firing control, oil level, agitation, loading and recipe.

  • Wood or natural gas must be confirmed against local fuel availability, emissions, ventilation and fire-safety requirements.
  • An optional blower changes combustion air and heating rate; the required arrangement should be confirmed with the furnace and site chimney.
  • Rock-wool insulation and stainless outer cladding are construction details to verify in the ordered drawing.
  • The adjustable scraper can reduce material buildup when correctly set. It does not guarantee that every material or recipe will avoid sticking or scorching.

Treat the table as a configuration reference. Confirm dimensions, usable batch load, thermal-fluid grade and charge, motor, fuel system, expansion/vent arrangement, grounding and supplied accessories in the signed quotation.

Information Required for a Quote

Provide the oilseed, hot-press recipe, batch load, initial/final temperature, heating time, fuel, local voltage, chimney and ventilation conditions, workshop layout and downstream press. Include any requirement for temperature logging, automatic discharge or dust/fume collection.

Factory and Site Acceptance

Use a representative batch to record heat-up curve, material-temperature spread, mixing and scraper clearance, discharge time, residual material, fuel use under the test condition, thermal-fluid leakage inspection and emergency shutdown. Operating cost must be calculated from the buyer's fuel price and measured project data.
