Packing Scope to Confirm Before Ordering

1. Machine model, quantity, loose accessories and whether assemblies are removed for transport.
2. Bare frame, steel skid, wooden case or container fixation, including moisture and surface-protection method.
3. Lifting points, center of gravity, package dimensions, gross/net weight and loading sequence.
4. Commercial invoice, packing list, manuals, certificates, customs data and any destination-specific documents.
5. Incoterm, port or delivery address, carrier boundary, insurance party and estimated schedule.

Shipment and Arrival Acceptance

• Compare the packing list with machine nameplates, accessories, tools, spares and documents before loading.
• Record packing and container condition with dated photos or video when this is included in the order scope.
• On arrival, inspect the container, package, visible corrosion or impact, loose parts and document any exception before unpacking.
• Installation, commissioning, training, travel and remote support follow the quotation and contract; they are not implied by a shipment video.
