Liquor Filling and Capping Monoblock

Liquor Filling and Capping Monoblock

The GF liquor monoblock combines measured filling and cap closing for non-carbonated spirits and similar free-flowing liquids. It is intended to reduce transfers between two process stations, but the correct GF model still depends on the liquid, bottle, closure and required line rate.

Application and purchasing fit

  • Product family: Filling and packaging line overview
  • Parameter reference: Filling and packaging equipment parameter library
  • Select the number of filling and capping heads against the agreed bottle format and sustained line requirement, not the headline output alone.
  • Confirm that the proposed metering method suits the product and fill-volume range.
  • Plan bottle infeed, cap supply, discharge accumulation and interfaces with rinsing, labeling and packing equipment.

What to provide for a manufacturer quotation

  • Liquid name, viscosity range, alcohol content where relevant, foaming behavior and required contact materials.
  • Bottle and cap samples, target fill volumes, permitted fill tolerance and all planned format changes.
  • Required output at each format, available floor plan, conveyor height and utility conditions.
  • Requested FAT method, line interfaces, export packing and on-site commissioning scope.

Use representative samples for the factory acceptance test whenever practical. The agreed test material, run duration, sampling method and pass limits should be written into the purchase specification.

Price, delivery, and written service scope

Manufacturer pricing depends on the confirmed machine configuration, format parts, controls, guarding, line interfaces, utilities and destination. Delivery schedule, export packing, installation, commissioning, training, spare parts and after-sales support apply only as stated in the written quotation and contract.
